1. Introduction
Welcome to QuestStudio, operated by Script & Flip LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company doing business as "QuestStudio" ("QuestStudio," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the QuestStudio website, web app, and related services (collectively, the "Service").
By creating an account, clicking "I agree," or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf, and "you" will refer to that entity.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account and keep it up to date.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.
You must promptly notify us if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account.
We reserve the right to refuse registration, suspend, or terminate accounts at our discretion, subject to applicable law.
3. Description of the Service
QuestStudio is an AI-powered generative media platform that allows users to create, edit, and manage images, videos, and audio using text prompts, uploaded content, and other tools (collectively, "Assets").
QuestStudio relies on third-party AI models and infrastructure providers. We do not control or own the underlying models and cannot guarantee the accuracy, originality, or suitability of generated outputs. Features, models, and limits may change over time.
4. Plans, Subscriptions, and Tier Limits
We offer paid subscription plans (currently "Explorer," "Creator," and "Visionary") for new purchases. Some existing users may retain access to a grandfathered free plan ("Apprentice") under prior terms.
Plan details, prices, and limits are described on our Pricing Page within the Service. We may update Plan names, features, limits, and prices from time to time. Changes will not retroactively affect previously paid billing periods, except as permitted by law.
New web accounts may start a free trial on their selected monthly plan by adding a debit or credit card through Stripe. Trials currently last 7 days, are not charged on day one, and are subject to a 100-credit usage cap before the first paid billing cycle begins.

* Daily spending limits refer to the maximum number of credits you can spend per day. These limits reset daily at midnight UTC.
5. Creation Allowance and Usage
QuestStudio provides a shared creation allowance across its Labs. An internal credit ledger measures usage when you generate or process content. These accounting units continue to determine existing usage limits and refund eligibility.
The interface shows estimated generations remaining at your selected settings. All Labs draw from the same allowance; image, video, audio, and other generation estimates are alternatives, not separate allocations. Model, resolution, duration, and other settings affect usage.
Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and generally non-refundable.
Promotional credits (e.g., daily logins) may have shorter expiration periods.
Misuse of credits may result in removal of credits or account suspension.
Trial credits are capped separately from standard subscription credits and may be suspended, reduced, or revoked if we detect abuse, duplicate trial attempts, or payment-method misuse.
6. Storage and Data Retention for Assets
Unsaved Assets:
Automatically deleted within approximately 48 hours.
Saved Assets (Apprentice):
Retained for up to 30 days.
Saved Assets (Paid):
Retained while subscription is active; if cancelled, retained for 35 days before deletion.
You are solely responsible for backing up Assets you wish to keep. QuestStudio is not liable for data loss consistent with these rules.
7. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Content
You agree not to violate any laws, infringe on rights, bypass safety or security measures, or use the Service to generate, upload, edit, store, publish, share, distribute, or sell prohibited content.
⚠️ Prohibited Content includes:
- •General adult or NSFW content, including pornography, explicit nudity, sexual acts, fetish content, and other mature-audience content designed for sexual gratification
- •Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), whether real, generated, altered, or simulated
- •Any sexual, nude, exploitative, or suggestive content involving minors or anyone represented as being under 18
- •Non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII), including sexual deepfakes, “nudification,” or intimate content created or shared without the depicted person’s explicit consent
- •Graphic violence
- •Promoting hatred/harassment
- •Illegal activities
- •Other deceptive or harmful impersonation and deepfake content
These prohibitions apply to prompts, uploaded or reference media, generated outputs, private assets, and publicly shared content. Attempting to evade content controls may result in blocked requests, removal of content, suspension, or termination.
8. Ownership and Licenses

You retain ownership but grant us a license to process them to provide the Service.
📤 Outputs
We grant you a broad license to use and commercialize Outputs, though copyright protection is not guaranteed.
Published example images
QuestStudio publishes campaign example images to demonstrate creative workflows. Displaying an example does not grant permission to copy, redistribute, or commercially reuse that image. Any separate license or permission provided for a specific image governs that use.
QuestStudio. Rights reserved to the extent protected by law. AI-generated elements may not qualify for copyright protection, and third-party rights may still apply. These example-image terms do not change the rights granted for your own generated Outputs or transfer ownership of community members' creations.
Request image permission
To ask about reusing a QuestStudio example image, contact us with the example page URL, the image URL, and your intended use. We will review whether permission is available and which rights we can grant. A request does not itself grant a license.
9. Payments, Billing, and Refunds
Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel anytime.
Refund Eligibility: Requests must be made within 7 days of purchase with fewer than 100 credits used.
9.1. Creator Partner Program
Participation is invitation-based or application-based and remains subject to written approval. Tracking a referral code does not by itself establish eligibility for commission.
For the validation program, approved partners may earn 25% of collected subscription revenue, excluding taxes and refunds, for 12 months after a referred customer's first paid invoice. Attribution uses the most recent eligible partner link within a 30-day window.
Balances are reviewed monthly and become payable after reaching $50. QuestStudio may reject self-referrals, spam, misleading claims, trademark bidding, hidden affiliate relationships, manipulated attribution, refunded transactions, or other abuse.
Partners must clearly disclose that they may earn commission and comply with applicable advertising laws and the rules of every publishing platform. Payouts are reviewed and processed manually; no automated payout is guaranteed.
10. Account Deletion & Data Retention
You may request deletion of your account at any time through your Settings page. By deleting your account, you understand and agree to the following:
Immediate Actions
- •All remaining credits will be immediately forfeited with no refund.
- •All Assets (images, videos, audio) will be permanently deleted.
- •All active sessions will be revoked.
- •Any active subscriptions will be cancelled.
30-Day Retention Window
- •Account data will be retained for up to 30 days for legal compliance.
- •After 30 days, all data will be permanently purged.
- •You may cancel deletion within 7 days by contacting support.
This action is irreversible after the 7-day cancellation window. We recommend backing up any Assets or data you wish to keep.
11. Disclaimers and Liability
The Service is provided "AS IS." We disclaim all warranties.
Our total liability is limited to the greater of $100 or the amount paid in the last 3 months.
12. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
