A generated infographic can fail in several independent ways. It can spell a label incorrectly, invent a number, draw a misleading bar, reverse an arrow, or imply a relationship your source never established. A spelling check catches only the first of those problems.
The workflow below uses a deliberately fictional dataset so every answer is inspectable. It does not claim that Seedream produced the illustrated mistakes or passed a benchmark. It shows how to build an infographic whose attractive presentation can be checked against a simple source of truth.
Start with a fact table that a designer can challenge
Suppose a fictional survey asks 100 respondents to choose one preferred learning format. Fifty choose video, thirty choose illustrated text, and twenty choose audio. Write the title as “Preferred learning format in a fictional 100-person example.” Do not turn it into “How people learn best.” A preference question does not measure learning effectiveness, and a fictional example is not research evidence. The headline is part of the fact check.
